The Teamspeak 3 server is down again, and has been since this morning. Multiplay customer support has responded to a ticket:
As you can see, it may be a while until our server can be restored. It'll take a long time to set everything up again so we'll just have to wait.
In the mean time, please use this Discord server. You can connect and talk entirely in your browser or download the client for Push To Talk system-wide.

EDIT: Teamspeak 3 is up again, but our settings had to be reset. Permissions and groups are fine but channels have been reset. A temporary version will be set up tonight, until then please use Discord.
