Processor doesn't show up

| When I click on system within windows it shows unknown processor! And because of this the nvidia software doesn't recognise it so can't use the options! Any help plz

| Jeez ur as useful as u are at driving in Hotwire lol tried that and not good!  what about removing cpu and resitting?

What does Nvidia have to do with your CPU anyway?
I'm guessing there might be something worth trying in Device Manager but that's all I have.
