Hi there
New to PC gaming here....new to BF1...and tomorrow new to Battlefront 2 as well!
Live in Finland. Was a console veteran ofc and have many many hours on BF in general.
I stopped playing some 4 years ago...just had no squad mates and it got boring.

Have had a hard time with the changeover...but then I got the chance to play with a mate..Jamesuperfun and it was a different experience for me...James gave me pc tips, in game tips and some general squad mate time and boom I didnt die as much ...ok well I did but not as much as I did to start ;-) ha ha ha.....anyway

I game mostly in the mornings before work....so hit me up if you have a day off ;-)
I dont have any other games and I am more or less a BF buddy...so within that genre is my jam!..yes I know for dying at this stage Lol

I pretty much start at 9.30 pm UK time... play time varies between 30 mins and 2.5 hours depending on how drunk and / or how well I'm playing... The two may be linked...

@GrumpehBrit Thanks for hangin with me brother. Much appreciated.
I look fwd to the next venture...hopefully with better fps. Any other game I don't have those problems in. I hear they are releasing a "patch" in October... crossing fingers they do something about those of us with slightly weaker systems. I have a new win 10 pc which was built to game and for me to do biz with..new Asus motherboard, Geforce GTX1060 3GB, intel i5 3,4 ghz, New corssir cooling and power....so needless to say I am disappointed BUT I don't think it's my system as all other games I can play on high or Med st least....BF1 is on low!

Yeah probably is system. Because I have a old Alienware x51 with 16 gb memory and a whopping GeForce 750 gtx. And have no issues. Is around 55-60 fps all the time. Only thing I did was pressing optimal settings in GeForce experience program on computer. But have another friend, he says because he only have 8 gb memory he can’t play. And would need to upgrade to 16 gb memory. Don’t know if he’s right!

Well the patch seems to have helped as if I stay on a Euro server its 50 to 60 FPS so much better.
